Checking Out Item IDs
Use the Check Out form to manage your check out transactions for check
out items and consumable items:
• Check out non-consumable items to an employee or customer.
• Check out consumable items to an employee or customer.
• Process checked out and consumable items on the same order, with a
single form.
• Automatically update currently available stock and history data.
• Check out items based on the item’s unique “Check Out Item ID”.
Performing
Check Out
Check outs are performed at the Check Out form.
1. To reach the Check Out form, select Manage Command Tab > Check
In Command Set > Check Out.
2. The Check Out form appears:
3. Select a site from the Site List pull-down list.
The site field fills with the default site automatically.
4. Select the Cust/Emp ID from the Cust/Emp ID pull-down list.
