User Titles: This field allows you to change a selected form title, field
name, or form command.
• Enable Prompt: This check box becomes enabled when a user defined
field is selected from the title list. Mark this check box to enable the
user defined field in the application.
Renaming a Title, Label, or Command
The Form Prompts tab in the Language form contains a list of form titles,
field labels, and commands for the workstation application that may be
changed.
To rename a form prompt:
1. Click the Form Prompts tab to bring this section to the front.
2. Select the form title, field label, or command that you want to change
from the available selections.
3. Click the Manage Forms button to view which forms in the applica-
tion use the selection (a form title, field label, or command). The Forms
Using Selected Title form appears, displaying a list of forms using the
selection.
