A list of existing open orders in the CE Client appears. The picking

order number is validated against the list of open orders in the CE Cli-

ent application.

If customer information is required, the Bill To and ShipTo fields are

displayed and this information is automatically added. These values

cannot be changed.

5. Next, tap the Item tab to bring this portion of the screen to the front.

Tap the drop-down arrow in the Item # tab to view the items in this

order. (If you did not mark the Show Pull Down Lists check box in the

CE Client Setup screen, the Item # field will not contain a drop-down

arrow or a selection list. You must scan or enter the data into the field.)

When an item is selected, the item description appears in the Descrip-

tion field if you have downloaded item description information.

The ordered quantity for the picking order is also displayed in the

screen. (The ordered quantity is the total item quantity of the picking

order. This amount may be higher then the on hand quantity of the item

if you are placing the pick order against an anticipated receiving order.)

The actual quantity for the picking order is also displayed in the

screen. (The actual quantity represents the prior pick quantity in a

picking order.)
