Delete: uploaded records stored in the Upload form may be deleted one

line at a time. For more information, see

“Deleting Uploaded Data

Records” on page 86.

• Report: uploaded records stored in the Upload form may be viewed in

report format. For more information, see

“Reaching the Upload Report”

on page 87.

• Archive: to store uploaded records that have not yet been processed,

archive them to a file and retrieve them when you are ready to process

your data. For more information, see

“Archiving Uploaded Data” on

page 89 and “Retrieving Archived Data” on page 89.

• Process: uploaded records stored in the Upload form may be processed

into the main SQL database. For more information, see

“Processing

Data Records” on page 89.

You are able to preview uploaded data in report format, process the

uploaded records into the workstation SQL database, and/or archive

uploaded records. You are also able to delete uploaded records.

Data Records

Transferred records stored in the Upload form may be deleted one line at a

time.

1. Select the data line that you want to delete.

2. Next, click the Delete button found along the bottom of the form.

3. A message box appears, asking you if you are sure you want to delete

this record. To continue deleting the record, select Ye s. (To cancel

deleting the record, select No. The message box closes and you are

returned to the Upload form.)
