Click the Delete button found along the bottom of the form. A warning
message appears, asking you if you are sure you want to delete this
record.
5. To continue deleting the record, select Yes . The message box closes and
you are returned to the Users form; the user has been deleted. (To can-
cel deleting the record, select No. The form closes; you are returned to
the Users form; the record has not been deleted.)
User Defined Titles
Almost all of the fields that are in the Inventory application are user defin-
able. This means that you may rename form fields to fit your in-house ter-
minology. User titles are custom defined in a User Defined Titles form. To
reach the User Defined Titles form options, select Too ls > User Titles >
the user title options appear in the ribbon:
