Double-click inside the column heading to sort the information.
Each time you double-click, the sort order will toggle back and forth
between ascending and descending order.
4. To customize a message, first locate the message in the Message Name
column.
5. Next, check the message in the Default Message field next to the Mes-
sage Name to make sure it is the message that you want to change.
6. In the Customizable Message field, next to the Default Message field,
enter the custom message.
7. Repeat steps four–six until you are finished customizing messages for
the Batch Portable Application.
8. When you are finished customizing messages, click the Send Data tab
to bring this portion of the form to the front.
The arrow indicates that the column heading is selected. If you
double-click inside this heading, the data in the column may be sorted
in ascending or descending order.
